Almost there, and I am full of anticipation for what is in store. The journey has not been without its challenges. Turns out my ability to sleep in an airplane is identical to my ability to sleep in a car. I sleep much better if I am driving. ;) Apparently, they are not willing to let a fella drive one of these big ole planes without a license, so I've been relegated to sleeping a couple hours in the London Heathrow Airport on some chairs in the terminal, and waiting till we get to Entebbe to sleep some more.

...Yeah, about that.... Turns out the plane we were supposed to take from London had a problem with the tire. When they took it off, (so I hear), they found a problem with an engine, so we had to delay 3 hours and change planes. Then, there was a backup in fueling, so we had to wait for the airportto load 50 TONS of fuel on the plane. All fueled up, and attached to the tug, we began to back up but stopped after about 20 yards. They then announced that there was a disabled airplane blocking us from backing up, so there would be a further delay. Finally, at 5:30, London time, we left the ground. (We were supposed to take off at 12:20). This calls to question if there will be sleep tonight. We will arrive at Entebbe now at about 3:00 am, then we have to go through customs and all that fun stuff. (We were originally supposed to land at 11:30pm)

Prayers are appreciated for me as I will likely preach on Sunday morning in the church I will be attending. First time ever to preach off of American soil, and with an interpreter.

Update. We finally got to our hotel for "Friday night" at this time Sat Morning...

Enough time to take showers, change, and be ready for breakfast by 7. Then it's on the road for a 5 hour trip to Kaihura!
